What it is
The current account balance is a section within the balance of payments, in which actual transactions (trade in goods and services), income and transfers that occur between residents of a country and the rest of the world are collected one given time period.
How it's calculated
Is the sum of four sub-scales: trade balance, services balance, income balance made up of the remuneration of employees, the balance of capital and current transfers balance.
Market implications
If the balance of the current account balance is positive, the country has a current account surplus, which means that most financial transactions are perceived (excluding financial) from abroad that leaving the country. Otherwise, the current account of the balance of payments in deficit.
Limitations
quarterly reviews for all quarters during the preliminary annual closing and subsequent annual reviews are made.
